This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs, but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors.

Introduction

Situated in West hoe, overlooking a small park,with views to Plymouth's famous Hoe and a short walk to seafront.

We are on a bus route with a half-hourly service to the city centre (15 minutes away).

The nearest railway station is Plymouth, approx 1 mile away. Accessible taxis are available from the station.

Car Parking and Arrival

There are two secure private parking spaces behind the property and on-street parking at the front.

Level tarmac to the rear door with low threshold but no handrail.

Assistance with luggage is offered.

We have 3 ground floor bedrooms, all en-suite.

1 room has level access to breakfast room, he others have 2 steps.

All are double-bedded rooms, available for single occupancy.

Short pile carpets.
